1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when a person visits atcmall.com, creates an account, contacts ATC Mall or submits an order. By using the website or completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and the policies linked here.

If a customer does not agree, the website should not be used to submit an order. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law are not excluded.

2. Store operator

ATC Mall is operated by Zhengzhou Dajia Information Technology Co., Ltd.

The business address identifies the website operator. It is not automatically a warehouse or return address.

3. Catalog information and compatibility

ATC Mall presents aftermarket replacement parts and related product information. Customers should review the exact product page and compare part numbers, equipment and engine details, serial information, connectors, mounting points, orientation, dimensions and included items before ordering.

Photos may appear different because of screen settings, lighting or production changes that do not alter the stated function. If a material product detail is uncertain, contact ATC Mall before purchase.

Manufacturer and brand names may be used only as compatibility references. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, ATC Mall is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by the referenced equipment manufacturer.

4. Orders, availability and acceptance

Prices and availability may change before an order is submitted. An automated order-received message confirms receipt of the order information but does not confirm dispatch or final acceptance.

ATC Mall may contact the customer to clarify payment, address, availability or product information. If an order cannot be accepted after payment, ATC Mall will communicate the available next step and, when applicable, initiate a refund through the original payment method.

Customers must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information and promptly review order communications.

5. Prices and payment

Prices and checkout payments are presented in United States dollars (USD). Payment is accepted through PayPal. The complete product, shipping and order total is displayed before payment submission.

PayPal or a financial provider may apply its own currency conversion or transaction fees. See the Payment Policy and Privacy Policy.

6. Shipping, delivery and import charges

ATC Mall does not offer sitewide free shipping. Shipping charges are based on package weight and destination. Orders normally require 3–5 days for preparation, followed by an estimated 7–12 days of carrier transit after dispatch.

DHL, FedEx, UPS or another suitable logistics service may be used. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, remote-area service or incomplete addresses.

The buyer or recipient is responsible for destination-country customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and related clearance charges. See the Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

An eligible unused-item return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled, complete and in its original condition and packaging. The buyer pays return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise or ATC Mall confirms another arrangement in writing.

Returns require written instructions and must not be sent automatically to the displayed company address. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Warranty and product support

No universal commercial warranty period applies to every product. When a product includes a warranty, its duration and conditions will be stated on the product page, order document or written item-specific communication. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

9. Acceptable website use

Users must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that disrupts service, or use site content in violation of applicable law or intellectual-property rights.

Website text, layout, graphics and ATC Mall branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law permits.

10. Customer responsibility and limitation

Replacement-part selection and installation can affect equipment operation and safety. Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate technical advice, following manufacturer documentation and using qualified installation or service personnel where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATC Mall is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from misuse, incorrect selection, incorrect installation, unauthorized alteration, failure to follow instructions or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes, severability and applicable law

ATC Mall may update these terms to reflect store operations, services or legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply from publication and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing completed order.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted. These terms are governed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.
