Payment Policy

1. Accepted payment methods

ATC Mall accepts payment through PayPal. Customers complete payment using the PayPal option displayed during the secure checkout process. PayPal account, card or funding-source availability is determined by PayPal and can vary by customer location.

2. Currency and order total

ATC Mall prices and checkout payments are presented in United States dollars (USD). Product prices, shipping charges and the final order total are shown before payment is submitted.

PayPal or a customer’s financial provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign-transaction fee when the payment account uses another currency. Those provider charges are not controlled by ATC Mall.

3. Payment authorization

Submitting payment authorizes the selected payment provider to verify the billing information and request the order amount. A payment may be declined, delayed or placed under review by the provider.

ATC Mall may request reasonable order or address confirmation when information appears incomplete or inconsistent. Do not send highly sensitive identity or payment information through ordinary email or WhatsApp.

4. Payment security

Online payments are processed using the gateway selected at checkout. Payment providers may receive billing and transaction information needed to authorize and process payment.

ATC Mall does not ask customers to send a complete card number or card security code by email or WhatsApp. Customers should enter payment details only in the secure checkout or the payment provider’s secure page.

5. Failed, pending or duplicate payments

If checkout reports that a payment failed, first check the payment-provider message and avoid repeatedly submitting the same order without reviewing the result. A pending authorization can appear before the payment provider completes or releases it.

For a suspected duplicate payment, contact ATC Mall with the order number, date, amount and the non-sensitive transaction reference. Do not send a full payment-card number.

6. Order confirmation and acceptance

An automated order-received message confirms that the store received the order information; it does not necessarily mean the order has been dispatched. ATC Mall may contact the customer if payment, address, availability or product information needs clarification.

If an order cannot be accepted after payment, ATC Mall will communicate the available next step and, when applicable, initiate a refund through the original payment method.

7. Taxes, customs and import charges

Cross-border customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and related clearance charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

The buyer or recipient is responsible for these destination-country charges. Refer to the Shipping Policy for related delivery information.
